"We were in a rush situation to get our dryer repaired. Mark fit us in for the very next day after speaking to him. He arrived within the agreed time window. Our experience is that doesn't happen all of the time with many service providers or contractors. Not only did he make the repair quickly and efficiently, he took the time to check over the rest of the dryer and also checked all of the exhaust hose to make sure that it was clean. That all adds up to a true professional."

"Ryan did an awesome job repairing the clothes dryer. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I recommend him highly for any appliance repair jobs."

"The Equipment Drs were incredibly helpful and acted quickly to repair our dryer. Thorough communication during the whole process. Our technician was friendly, knowledgable, and efficiently installed the new timer. Thank you El!"

"Murad was great, on time, and replaced the cracked water outlet hose on my washer in no time. Reasonable price. Will hire again if I have an appliance to be fixed."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"ASAP repair: found problem and made repair. Excellent work habits, very pleasant, great product knowledge."

"He fixed my washer promptly and did a good job."

"The customer service was great! I explained what my washer/dryer combo was doing and he kindly explained different things that could be wrong with it. He also gave me an idea about how much I would have to pay in each scenario. I had called about 5 places and nobody else did that. Then they came to fix it and did it promptly, explaining what had caused it and how to prevent it in the future, among other questions we had. Honestly, they were so helpful. I will definitely be hiring them in the future."
