I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. When the system runs now it run 12 db quieter overall (he even was able to turn the fan from medium to high) and when I turn the thermostat from 65 to 70 it takes the ambient room temperature to 70 in 5 minutes versus 20 minutes with 2 returns. I know when A/C season starts we will see even more improvement. I've used Boston Standard for a few projects in my home now including a mini-split ductless system for my office space, a tankless water heater and a whole house humidifer.
