Pacific Northwest Builders (PNB) is a General Contractor specializing in the construction custom residential and commercial structures/ facilities. Additionally, PNB is licensed with the State of Washington with federal certification in conducting AHERA building inspections for asbestos, Lead (Pb) Assessments for HUD commercial and residential projects, "Mold" remediation/ abatement, and Hazardous Material cleanup and remediation/ demolition projects. PNB specializes in hard surface fabrication (Corian, stone, and ceramic tile) installations for commercial and residential applications; custom cabinets; kitchen and bath renovations, and custom RV interiors. PNB is a customer oriented company. On acceptance of a PNB bid, PNB requires a 50% good faith payment prior to project commencement, with the project balance (second 50%/ ½ ) due on the completion of the project. Long duration projects (over 30 days) requires a 50% good faith payment prior to project commencement, with 25%/ ¼ payment due at seventy-five percent completion and the remainder 25%/ ¼ due on project completion and acceptance.
