"I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."

"Updated review: Less than 24 hours after Lonnie was here, Rob, the plumber, showed up to repair the pipes. He had to replace over 20 feet of pipe! It was all in the crawl-space, likely on his back. Personally, my skin crawls when I'm under there! He had to lie on his back, for 4 hours to cut and dress over 20 feet of galvanized pipe! Thank you very much Rob! Superb work! ? "J&M is the "go-to" for this type of work. They were very professional from start to finish. They were very knowledgable about the best practices for installing a gas line into the kitchen. They provided an accurate estimate for the length of pipe they would need to use to bring gas to the deck since they charge by the foot. They even installed a larger diameter pipe to the deck in case we ever want to install other gas appliances in the future. My only complaint is the cost, but you get what you pay for and when it comes to something like dealing with gas lines it seems important to go with a reputable company.
