He has navigated the tricky basement stairs with a bulky water heater in tow and installed it with a special alarm that will ring if there is a malfunction. He has put in new water saving toilets, replaced dripping shower fixtures, unclogged sinks and drains and made sure that my entire plumbing infrastructure runs smoothly and safely. In addition, Nick brings a lot of wonderful personal qualities to the trade. He is trustworthy and respectful. He has a great sense of humor. He can be counted on. "Scott Jackman came to provide a quote to convert our tub to a walk-in shower with a bench, two grab bars, two shelves, a shower door, and an adjustable hand-held shower head. The company told us the appointment was at 10 a.m. but evidently there was a miscommunication, and he came at 2 p.m. Scott was very friendly and personable, and he thoroughly explained all options to my husband, while I was at work. My husband made his selections, and Scott was able to throw in additional material to cover the ceiling of the shower at no charge. We also were able to use a promotional discount of half off the installation fee. Since my husband wanted to get my agreement on his selections, Scott agreed to come back the next day to finalize the plan. My husband felt there could have been additional brochures of the available options, and the project does seem expensive, but the materials to be used are of high quality. The project will take 1-2 days to be done in a few months, and then I can provide a review on the quality of the work done."

"Scheduling was super easy. The plumber called to see if he could come a couple hours early. I wasn't available and he was understanding.  He was running a little behind due to traffic and called to let me know. Both the people who came where very friendly and polite. They fixed my tub even though I could tell it was a challenging job. 
My only complaint was they left a bit of sludge on my bathroom walls, bathroom floor, bathtub, and floor just outside the bathroom. 
I would use them again, as well as recommend them, but ask first is it's customary to clean up after they are done.

Appointment time: 8-10am
Actual work time: 9am-10:15am
Technicians called when leaving their shop and gave me an estimate on arrival time.
I had assumed they would be on-site by 8am as I was told the services could take up to 2 hours. I was slightly disappointed that this wasn't made clear that this was a window of arrival and not an actual start time - mostly because I had taken time off of work in the morning to make this happen.

• Tech's arrived and began bringing equipment into home with care. Kind and courteous. We went on a walk-through and then they went into the crawl space (without complaint) to assess the furnace. 
• Work went smoothly aside from a couple of ducts dislodged which they alerted me to and fixed. They were also very informative about the state of the ducts and what to look out for in the future. Checked airflow at the end of services.

Overall it was a great experience, I felt the pricing was a little high considering we have such a small house and dryer vent really didn't need service as we just had a new dryer installed. I have peace of mind knowing the ducts are clean and hopefully smell of smoke is minimized when we start running heat in winter.

"The crew who came to the house included: Chris, Josh, Christian and Jeff. They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. We have a 3 bathroom house with a full finished basement. The crew attempted to make easy cuts for me to repair. The house was as clean as can be expected after two days of work. The job was done completely and thoroughly. We had an issued with the shut off valve and they returned the next day to fix our issue and Josh came out he was professional and friendly. I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing problem. Robert"
