He has put in new water saving toilets, replaced dripping shower fixtures, unclogged sinks and drains and made sure that my entire plumbing infrastructure runs smoothly and safely. In addition, Nick brings a lot of wonderful personal qualities to the trade. He is trustworthy and respectful. He has a great sense of humor. He can be counted on. "Scott Jackman came to provide a quote to convert our tub to a walk-in shower with a bench, two grab bars, two shelves, a shower door, and an adjustable hand-held shower head. The company told us the appointment was at 10 a.m. but evidently there was a miscommunication, and he came at 2 p.m. Scott was very friendly and personable, and he thoroughly explained all options to my husband, while I was at work. My husband made his selections, and Scott was able to throw in additional material to cover the ceiling of the shower at no charge. We also were able to use a promotional discount of half off the installation fee. Since my husband wanted to get my agreement on his selections, Scott agreed to come back the next day to finalize the plan. My husband felt there could have been additional brochures of the available options, and the project does seem expensive, but the materials to be used are of high quality. The project will take 1-2 days to be done in a few months, and then I can provide a review on the quality of the work done."

"Grumpy's Drains was the only company who could get us on their schedule within a week. A half hour before our appointment time, Keith called to let me know he was on his way and then showed up exactly on time. My husband had tried to snake the drains multiple times with no success. Keith was able to clean the clog out of the tub in less than 10 minutes (water balloon and hair clog). He then went to work on the pedestal sink. That was a much more difficult clog while working in a tight space. Keith was cheerful, funny and kind the entire time. The first clog cost a flat $178 and the additional drain was $88. It was money well spent and I would absolutely call on this company again in the future."

"Had a couple of supply grills that are part of the hardwood floor that couldn't be removed easily so those branches were not cleaned. My fault I didn't get them removed in time for cleaning. Otherwise good job.

"This was an emergency. The hose bib had split open inside the wall of our house, the water had been turned off at the curb, and we were desperate to flush toilets, wash our hands, and make coffee, among other things. They were able to move their schedule around and come by to fix the problem quickly. The repairman was very efficient and effective, and we had water back on within a few hours. The repair was not cheap, but that was, in part, because it involved cutting a hole in the drywall in my closet and purchasing/installing a plate over it when the repair was done. We now have a favorite plumbing company."
