"I have my regular plumber but wanted a second quote so I went on the Angie app. They recommended several plumbers to install an automatic water main valve shut off unit that I needed for my homeowners. AXP contacted me on a Sunday and had a technician out by 9:00 on Monday. Felipe was wonderful and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. His boss, Albert came with parts and they did the work. Came across some excessive root problems but fixed the issue that made the job harder and longer but they got the job done!! Very professional and kept me abreast every step of the way. "Found the main water line to the house broken and spraying water at 8:00 am.  Water was shut off by Water District folks by 9:00.  Joined Angie's List at 9:30.  O'Brien's Plumbing sent Jonathan and R.J. over by 10:30 and they had the break repaired, an inline shut-off valve installed and the water turned back on in under two hours. They even custom fitted a cover for the valve to protect it in the future.  They had the area cleaned up and were out of here quickly and professionally.  Great job.  Although it was pricey it was probably worth it.

"As expected, I got bombarded with several texts/calls/Angi messages as soon as I requested a Water Heater replacement. I waited for a human to leave a message instead of automated systems, which was Paul at Complete Plumbing located in Claremont. Same day replacement, haul away, and install of a 40 Gal. Bradford White was $1595 (2 year labor water, 6 year manufacturer warranty). Michael did the installation and had a delay from the first job, but Paul kept updating status and the install time wasn't much later than the original estimate. Michael answered all my questions and concerns."

"Jonathan was a great hire. He came and worked with my schedule and came on a quick short notice. He came for a clogged toilet and swapped my garbage disposal. The next day we clogged the toilet again and he came back within an hour to fix it again for no charge. Pricing is very reasonable and is much lower than other plumbers. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. I plan to have my pipes looked at with a camera because I can’t have this keep happening."
