"Jesse came out to view project and give a quote. He was on time and very helpful. He checked our water main for pressure and found a small leak at one of the joints. He was able to tighten the joint and the leak stopped. He replaced the cartridge in the bathroom sink and was able to reattach the handle. He was efficient and professional. Pricing was reasonable. He tightened the piping to stop the leak rather than pushing for me to replace the joint at this point. If it does continue to leak I will have Guardian replace it for us."

When James came out to see what I was talking about, he took all options available to me and simplified it because of his honesty and his approach to My concerns he gave me three options a standard breakout concrete fix a copper pipe that was leaking and then put the concrete back on top, Re-piping of the one line that was leaking, or redo the whole house re-piping the entire house with two and three-quarter bath the team came in and did a fantastic job. They were efficient thorough and got it done the entire job in two days included drywall patching, and finish to match the texture of my house the pricing was very fair and the reason why I went to James thank you so much for all your help. "Found the main water line to the house broken and spraying water at 8:00 am.  Water was shut off by Water District folks by 9:00.  Joined Angie's List at 9:30.  O'Brien's Plumbing sent Jonathan and R.J. over by 10:30 and they had the break repaired, an inline shut-off valve installed and the water turned back on in under two hours. They even custom fitted a cover for the valve to protect it in the future.  They had the area cleaned up and were out of here quickly and professionally.  Great job.  Although it was pricey it was probably worth it.
