"I highly recommend Bryan's Home Improvement and Handyman Services. The owner Bryan Grubb was wonderful. He and his staff assisted me in every stage of the remodeling of my bathroom. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely hire them again. A+++"

"Summary: Tony Martin runs a top-notch company. Clean. Respectful. Detailed. Punctual. Clear and prompt communication. Excellent finished result. The details:Just a few hours before I had to leave on a flight out of the country, I discovered that my water heater was leaking when water was coming up through the seams of my laminate flooring. I only had time to turn off the main water shut off valve and the circuit breaker before heading off to the airport. Once I reached my destination, I did some research on Angie’s List hoping to find a good one-stop-shop company who could take care of both the mold/water remediation and the reconstruction… I was lucky to have found AW Martin who exceeded my expectations. I contacted AW Martin after hours and reached an answering service. Tony Martin returned our call within minutes. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He explained that he would deal directly with my insurance company so I wouldn’t have to while on vacation. Within a couple hours he and his crew began working on the mold/water remediation portion. My dad relayed to me that they worked until 2 am and that they were extremely careful when moving my fine china from the sideboard into the dry kitchen. They protected all of my large furniture with plastic sheeting and floor protectors. They also used plastic to wall off the upstairs and my kitchen to prevent the dust from traveling too much. They ripped up all the wet flooring and drywall as well as scrubbed the mold and sprayed. They brought in industrial blowers to dry out the house. The next day they returned to the house and Tony met with my insurance adjustor to review the damage and discuss numbers. He was able to agree upon a number so that I didn’t have to worry about that while I was on vacation. I was able to witness the care and attention to detail firsthand during the rebuild process. Christian, Chris and Olger were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Christian always answered my phone calls and was able to answer any of my questions or concerns. He was the one that suggested the upgraded baseboards and it has made such a difference. His team’s wall prep and paint job was meticulous; no paint drips or messy edges. I did a couple of upgrades with the flooring, the recessed lights, and the baseboard where I had to pay more than what insurance covered… but the end result was well worth it. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I will recommend them to my friends and family."

"Steve and team did an amazing job. They replaced the fireplace flue and left no dust and were very careful around the house and the roof. Excellent work, happy customer. Thanks!!"

"I was completely amazed at the work done by On-Call. We just purchased a 130+ yr. old house that requires all kinds of work. Nothing is a readily available standard size but they have always been able to come through and solve the problem. Just amazing !"

"We had been dreaming of a new kitchen for many years now. Itâ s scary choosing a contractor to understand â your visionâ and to charge them with building your dream as if it were their own. Itâ s never easy trusting someone to be in your home while you and your family are at work and school. Chima Contracting is nothing short of professional and honest. The time line for the remodel was aggressive and they actually completed a few days sooner. They guided us through the planning phase and provided us with a list of reputable suppliers. Tony and the guys always arrive on time every morning and get started right away and go over the the daily plan with you answering any questions you will have. They waste no time. They took great care in covering and moving our furniture around as needed. We want to add that during a time when masks were not required in many areas and Covid cases were on the decline, they were very understanding, careful and conscious of our 5 year old son who received a kidney transplant 12/2019. He takes anti rejection medications everyday to lower his immune system so his body doesnâ t recognize and attack his wonderful new kidney. They showed genuine concern whenever he was around with masking to help protect him a little more. They really got to know us and Mason. Everyday Mason would come home from school to â get to workâ with his play tools. Tony and the guys took him under their wing and made him an honorary member of their team. He was so proud to wear their work shirt. We also have animals and they were all wonderful with them. The dogs even got excited to see them everyday as well. Suzanneâ ¦ what can we say, her communication and professionalism is astounding. You have a question, she will get you the answer and pretty quickly! We highly recommend Chima Contracting for your household remodeling needs. You wonâ t regret it!"

"Kal was professional and personable. He arrived when he said he would, was knowledgeable and fixed the problem with our electrical panel quickly. I highly recommend Valor Home Services LLC and will definitely use them again in the future as needed."

"Two large roofing replacement projects completed. Both roofing jobs were complex and were performed with excellence. Significant remodeling of a historical building included demolition, general reconstruction / remodeling, custom carpentry, drywall and painting. All work completed with high quality and in timely scheduling. Highly recommend Next Level Building and Remodel!"
