Their representative Dan made an appointment and came out and quoted me a price that was much better than a previous quote from another firm. He also quoted me on replacing my 23-year-old furnace, and offered a discount to replace both of them at the same time. I also received discounts for not financing and for being an Angie's List member! I accepted the quote, and two days later the crew arrived to do the work. "Mike installed the fence the way he thought it should be installed, not according to the product specifications. At the end of a long day, he was in a hurry to get somewhere else so I did not press the issue. As I reviewed the fence more closely I realized that the way it was installed was not going to accomplish what it was designed to do. Additionally, one edge of the fencing was not finished off. In a phone call he said he would come and finish off the edge, which he did not do. He also told me he did not think it was necessary to correct the fence installation. I sent several emails which went unanswered."
