They had to chisel out a portion of the tile floor, dig out the collapsed clay drain tile and replace with new PVC connections. They then filled hole and replaced the cement sub floor and installed a completely new shower drain. This all took place in 1 afternoon. They worked quickly but keep the job site neat and clean.
