Called Mr. Appliance and they fit me into the schedule that same day and fixed my dryer. The gentleman who came out was clean and professional. He was very knowledgeable answering my questions about what he was fixing. My dryer works great again and I couldn’t recommend Mr. Appliance more! Thank you!"

"I have used EJ's three separate times in the last two years it is by far the best experience I've had in my 23 years in business and as a homeowner. The attention to detail of giving us heads up texts and calls before the technician heads our way is awesome because I don't have to wait at my house all day like you do with other service companies. They not only make it convenient but it's obvious that they value integrity and character over always making money. For example the second time I had EJ's out to my home this time for a dryer they replaced a heating element and told me to clean my dryer vent that it lead to the heating element failure. Of course I got busy and forgot to call the duct cleaners and six weeks later the dryer stopped heating again. I openly admitted I was at fault for not getting the vent cleaned and said I understand if I must be charged something again for my lack of follow through. EJ sent out his lead tech the following day to repair it again and without hesitation he replaced the element again. When I went to grab my checkbook Mike explained EJ already had decided to replace the element at no cost and honor his warranty even though I openly admitted I was at fault. I insisted on paying something and he said sir pay it forward. I was absolutely blown away by the integrity from ownership to the technician. "We had excellent communication from the company telling us when to expect them for delivery of our new dishwasher and installation. They arrived within the time they said they would and were very courteous and began work quickly. They made sure that I was happy with the installation, made sure they did not damage tile or carpet, made sure the dishwasher worked well before leaving. They also disposed of all packing material and the appliance box. Overall, this was the best installation experience I have ever had! Great people and I wold highly recommend them!"
