"The quality of work and professionalism were outstanding.  I had them to the house for something different, and when checking the electrical panel found that I was in a very dangerous situation because of water leakage. The issue was explained to me, the repair immediately scheduled, and they helped with my insurance claim details.  Taken were pictures, which we given to me with detailed explanations about what the pictures represented. Along with that a detailed narrative related to the issue, cause and resolution were supplied to me. My insurance company issued me a check within 15 minutes of receiving the files from Mr Response.

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Norman and his staff were attentive and friendly throughout the whole process. We were given a quote and then took some time to get other quotes and secure financing. When we were finally ready to commit we let WTPI know and they had our furnace installed within a week! "They made two visits and were very specific about what work needs to be done, and how it could be done at different price levels. They could do it promptly by bringing in their own crews. That would be very useful for someone who needs to sell right away (an estate, etc.) Since we are not ready to sell in the immediate future, we will do the work one project at a time, slowly, as we can afford it. Their advice was more than worth the price. They are very professional.

"A Few Good Tradesmen was a good vendor for me. They were good at communicating prior to the job including working on the estimate and getting the work dates squared away. They arrived on the scheduled date and completed the job in the timeframe they expected.
We determined in advance which fence materials to use, and they showed up with the exactly correct materials and did a nice job of installation. The fence feels sturdy and the joints between the parts are nice and tight.
They had the two awnings down in short order without incident. Once they were down, the exposed siding needed touch-up, cleaning or something. Their original idea was to swap some of the damaged siding with good siding from the back of the garage, but they did not realize that the siding was aluminum (they thought it was vinyl) so they decided not to try to remove/replace siding and instead did a fair job of cleaning up the damaged areas.
The job site was clean after they left on both days of the two-day job.
