"It went wonderful. They're great people. They're just always very friendly when Marcy calls me from the office. I am moving shortly and Marcy's been very helpful in marking her calendar knowing that the house may be sold and what we are going to do. I'm not sure if I still have 1 visit from them or not coming . She's marked her calendar and she will call me in Arizona. They're just very very nice helpful people. They've been very good to me. I've probably had them for maybe 3 years, maybe 4. 

It was a scheduled appointment and Marcy called me because she thought I would not be living at this house at that time. She thought I was already in Arizona and something had happened that I couldn't move when I had originally told her. Being the company the size they are she still remembered about one individual what the situation was. She takes careful notes or has a wonderful memory. She was very very good. 

I have no way on knowing about the price. I start out with someone and if I like them I stay with them and I don't check prices any place else. I don't think they're expensive. 

When she's told me they will be here, they have been here. I think of them more as a husband and wife business. I don't think of them as a big business, just the way that Marcy handles herself. I will leave their information here for whoever buys this house and encourage them to stay with them and to maintain the whole house generator.

"Electrical Solutions was wonderful and I can't recommend them enough! David answered the phone when I called and was able to get someone out the next afternoon (no easy feat, every other company I called told me it would be a month or more before they could come out!) And it's not because this is not a busy company, his phone was ringing off the hook! He just understood how important it was to get someone out soon and made it happen for me. I expected to have to clean up after the electrician was done, but I could not have been more wrong! The electrician completely cleaned up after himself and left everything as neat as a pin. I had no idea what the job was going to cost (as I mentioned, I was practically desperate) and I was thrilled and so grateful when I got their bill. Very, very reasonable for the work done. I will never call another electrical company and I recommend you don't either!"

"Overall it was a pretty good experience as everything I wanted done, got done. Original talks with the “chat” function led me to purchasing a bunch of recommended items for my install. Once my full day electrician Dan had arrived, about 90 min passed the blocked time due to an additional service call he was scheduled for which had some issues, he immediately identified what I was informed to purchase was incorrect and got me on track and where we needed to be. He also mentioned my planned job would normally be a day and a half or two day event. This job was installing a sub panel in my shed to include running 180+ feet of thick 6/3 UF wire from the house panel to the shed. Providing dedicated circuits for my pool pump, French drain sump pump, and power for inside the shed to use for my tools and a shop light as well. I did help for the entire day and he really appreciated my hard work which made this a one day Job. I Couldn’t be happier with the work Dan performed and the Knowledge he has. Would have appreciated a little more accurate initial chat support so I didn’t have to make so many Lowe's trips, specifically the wire, which the correct wire was 4x the cost of the “suggested” wire. Final thoughts. If someone books a Full Day Electrician appointment, that assigned electrician, should not be taking service calls as he has a full day appointment scheduled. That’s poor Business planning and makes the electrician look bad if he’s not at the “blocked” call time. Dan made the event flat out awesome. Friendly, professional, and most of all a really hard worker. Super happy with the work he did and most of all, we got everything finished in one session like I planned for. Jason Nelson"
