This should have been the first red flag. I paid the $35.00 and never received the quote. He said up front that he is around $35.00/sq/ft on a deck. this could have been a $10k contract. I heard back from him once. I asked for pictures of work he has done with different handrails. to this day he had not called me back. I emailed and asked for the $35.00 back. no reply. I had to start over looking for someone to do the work. They are almost done."
