"Varcie building and maintenance totally remodeled one of the bedrooms in my home. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jake himself while he gave me an estimate of what the remodel would cost. He was both friendly and professional. You can tell he is seriously dedicated to his work. I was shocked at how fast and precise Jake worked. He replaced all drywall in the room, replaced trim and casing, put in new electrical outlets and switches. It looks wonderful! I am so happy I went with this company. "The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
