Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Mike was excellent. He came in was very polite and professional. He quickly provided the quote and in less than an hour had removed the old leaky faucet and installed the new one. It worked perfectly and looks amazing in the kitchen. Mike removed all the old parts and new faucet packaging. He even gave me pointers on diy checking water pressure to make sure there is not too much pressure coming in. Also, reminded me to register my Delta faucet which I did shortly after. "Dan was great, he showed up right at 9, our scheduled time. He came in and looked at the problem and thought of a couple ways to fix it. He replaced the broken pipe and we ran the water but the pipe was still clogged. He then unscrewed the fitting that he installed and ran a snake down the pipe to fix the problem.
