Once the door was ready the installation was setup quickly. The installation guys arrived promptly, worked hard, were very polite and did a complete clean up when they were done. "He replaced my old deadbolts without any issues and I was happy with that work. With respect to advising on replacing the door knob sets, I knew the openings were too large for the mortise set I needed installed and suggested that we could fill the hole and then recut to insert the set properly. He said this was not really possible and told me the size of mortise lock that I needed to buy and that the ones I had purchased wouldn't work. Since his visit, I had the holes refilled and recut and the sets installed and everything fits perfectly (we cleaned it up and painted). He's a good man but what turned me off is that I subscribed to an Angie's list special for $75 to have a lock replaced and he charged me more than $175. I'm posting this more than a year later because I'm on Angie's list looking for a quote and I am asked to review him first."
