"We have used this vendor in the past with good results. We called them and they came out and looked at the problem. Kevin used a lot of equipment and figured out what was wrong. It turned out that we had a leak from the upstairs bathroom that impacted the powder room below as well as the basement. He came up with a plan to fix it. They came out on the scheduled day and worked hard covering and protecting floors, moving furniture and putting up plastic barriers to prevent the spread of mold. <br /> The owner of the company, Craig came out during the process and gave us a lot of tips on how to prevent mold and some really good ideas as to how to rebuild the basement. He pointed some things that they found that indicated we had some ground water coming into the basement. Certainly not something we wanted to hear, but the visible evidence was compelling.  He's going to put together a quote to do the waterproofing work and to remodel the basement.
