"Two cleaning techs showed up on time, if not a bit early.  I had the checklist filled out, with an idea of the cleaning process to follow as I have cats who use one bathroom as theirs (meant I needed to get the litter boxes out prior to cleaning that bathroom, along with having another bathroom to put them in while cleaning was completed.).
The two young women worked well together as a team, splitting up the cleaning (just as I'd anticipated).  They were efficient and good at the cleaning they did.  
Plus, they vacuumed a couple of big area rugs in addition to the floors and mopped all the tile/wood floor in our house.
They walked me through each area as they cleaned it, letting me know what they'd done and if it was to my satisfaction, which it was.

"Not the smoothest service. Problem with ordering toilets - a long story in itself. I had to bird-dog the process right to the end. In fact I got an upgraded toilet as a result of the order snafu but had to wait a couple days for a seat that did not come with the order. But once they were installed, I was satisfied. The installation went fine with no issues other than the missing seat. The installer was very thorough and cleaned up the job and left my bathrooms as if no one was ever there."

"Fixed garage door easily by using graphite. Told me not to use WD40, which I had been doing. Seemed a little flummoxed by the Direct TV. Tried to connect one DVD player and it didn't work; installed another one which we managed to get working. I had to suggest various ways to connect and test the system; they didn't seem confident. Maybe this is not their expertise. I would rate as A minus or B plus."
