They have been unable to fix the air conditioning unit because of not having proper equipment for making. repair on the truck. "The line was in the rafters of a high ceiling of the cellar. It led to an outside gas line (for a gas grill hookup) that was capped off at the house. I wanted to replace the valve rather than cap it off. This was a two man job of a plumber, Rob and his assistant. Rob had to get into the window well and work above his head in a very cramped space. This was complicated by having a large porcelain washtub directly under neath it, blocking access. Rob was extremely careful when climbing to get to the valve. They put down a plastic sheet to protect my washer and the sink, and used their ladder to get over to the wall and window well. Rob cut out the valve and put in a new one that is easy to open and close. He had his assistant check the position of the outside outlet as he worked until he adjusted it so the outside outlet was not turned askew. Btw It was raining and his assistant noticed mud on his boots, and asked for a paper towel when we got in the house...he used it to wipe up his footprints from the mud from his shoes as he walked... Rob checked for leaks and found none. They took any of the debris with them, and left everywhere they were spotless. Also, their last job was running longer than anticipated, and they called to let me know even though at least 30 minutes before. It was only about 15 minutes. Well mannered and professional...Could not have been better!

The developer installed our roman tub in a manner that now years later when the faucet and handles needed replacement there was no easy access. KSP had to literally cut through the tile to have access for replacing the faucet. The work was so expertly handled you can't even notice where they cut and then replaced the tile. This saved having to get a mason or carpenter. KSP's work was above and beyond excellent and at a fair price point. Five star."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.
