"Efficient and knowledgeable. Professional and had the part for my washer in his truck. very please"

"Technician arrived at appointed time and isolated the problem in 5 minutes. He explained the problem and the solution, then gave a quote on the repair cost and time needed to fix the dryer. 10 minutes later he was finished and our dryer was working like new. Courteous and professional service technician. Very knowledgeable and easygoing. We highly recommend this company for appliance repair."

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"I did not like that I was told if I would hire them over the phone that their fee to inspect the machine would be rolled into the fix. Felt like price gouging."

"This is my second call to ABC Appliance Repair, and I had the good fortune of not only having service done on the same day, but I also had the same guy - Norman - who repaired our dryer a few months earlier come out to perform the second service. On top of this, he came out to my house one hour after I made the phone call to ABC. Talk about quick, friendly, and professional service, not just nice, but twice!"

"Went great. Arrived on time, very professional. Throughly diagnosed the problem and repaired the washer quickly."

"Our mom's washer wouldn't spin. We called late on a Saturday afternoon and left a message. Jason called us right back and scheduled us for first thing Sunday morning. Jason arrived on time, was pleasant & professional. Repaired the washer in an hour. It's working great and our mom is happy - so we are happy!"

"The repair went very well. I had talked to them on the phone and the plumber brought the correct fitting with him to the job. We discovered during the repair that an additional piece was needed, so he ran to the hardware store at no additional charge. The repair was completed correctly and the job site was properly cleaned when they were done.
I will definitely use these guys for future plumbing work. Very good company."
