When I called them, they did come out and re-did the calking, but he never came back to finish the job, and now I'm being ghosted, NO return calls, No text, No email and No voice mail, this cost way too much money to be ignored. I have now reported this matter to the BBB. Do not use Grout-Works Rio Ranch or any other city and state."
