"After having a little problem with the contract, Heather managed to get the problems straightened out. Correct dates and materials were corrected.The crew showed up on time but then had to go get additional materials to start the job.. No project manager was on sight until latter in the afternoon..The five crew members started the job . I am very impressed with their siding product, which has foam insulation backing incorporated during production at their factory. Both siding and window/door crews were very attentive to detail and did a very professional installation. The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago.  The windows are good quality.  The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam.  The deck was done 2 years ago.  The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes.  The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.

I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May.  He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg.  I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call.  The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded.  I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls.   I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home.  I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.

"The work that he did, he did pretty well. First he came out to do an estimate and said that he could do everything that we needed done and then when he did come out to complete the work he said he couldnt do a couple of things because he would have to be on a ladder so that was a little disappointing. I would recommend him to anyone unless the work involves being on a ladder or roof work."

"Bill (owner) was very responsive from my first call for an estimate all the way throughout the job. His crew manager (Jerry) also kept us updated and answered our questions.
