"Eddie was terrific! Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and conscientious, and he seems to have very high standards. He made two visits to our house (each about a 2-hour round trip drive), two days apart. He probably could have gotten by with the repairs he did on the first visit, but he thought that if he could obtain a few additional parts he could come back and give us an even better final product. The price was very good, too. It was as low or lower than any other service person we contacted. (Incidentally, the second visit added only $25 above Eddie's original estimate - probably barely enough to cover his gasoline costs!). Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."

"I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."
