"Frank returned my call very quickly, after I explained the issue we set up an appointment. Frank was very flexible with a time to accommodate our work schedule. We started out just wanting to regrout the tub and tile but after We saw his work, We had Frank do the floor tile as well! He offered suggestions and offered 2 prices. No pressure sales pitch. He showed up on time, had respect for our home and cleaned up when he was finished. He even mixed up extra grout for us to use in our 2nd shower should we need it. "Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

He actually saved us money because he diagnosed that we didn't need to replace the shower door hinges, just the gasket. We also had him recaulk the shower and do some touch up in the bathroom and the kitchen. In fact we liked him so much we had him come back a few weeks later and do some additional tile work for us. They kept our kitchen usable as much as possible. And, they put in extra effort to have the job done in time for Christmas. We've already got projects in mind for him in the near future.
