"Extremely quick service, was able to get a replacement water heater replacement done by noon of the same day. Highly recommend James with precision Backflow and plumbing."

"Our water heater stopped working while we had three newborn grand kids visiting at the same time for Easter. Mr. Bellas called me himself and was at our home within a few hours. In less than an hour from his arrival he had our thermal coupler replaced and our unit was back in action as he had a replacement coupler with him. I would definitely hire Mr. Bellas again. ."

"Chris did an excellent job installing a new water heater. We were very satisfied with the job that he did. Was very surprised in the cost of a new water heater, though. It had been 8 years since the last one that we purchased."

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."

"Plumber responded the same day I called. I already purchased the parts and he installed them. He was done in 3 hours and did a very good job. It was a little more money than I expected, but when you get quality work you have to pay for it. I would use this company again. And I recommend them."

"Josh is amazing!  He was very helpful and skillful.  We had many things that needed to be installed/repaired.  He completed everything that we asked in a professional manner.
