"Great job. Complete installation in one day. Worked until job was completed so we would have AC that night. Great workmanship. Competitive price. Would hire again - no complaints !!"

"Fenold and his wife did an outstanding job. Gave me an up front price went way above and beyond in cleaning everything restoring some parts to brand new. Our ducts are so clean the house smells great and feels cooler. I was so impressed with the work done and will use them and refer them to all my friends or anyone for the quality of their work. Definitely they are my go to guys for my duct cleaning and they told me they repair A/C also, I will call them if I need any repair."

"Replaced 21 year old ac and line set. They were professional and prompt . Two of the most pleasant repairmen I could ask for."

"I had a complete AC system install. The Technicians Joe and Cortez, were here 10 minutes before 6AM ready to get to work. They laid down drop cloths to protect the flooring and work area before anything was started. Very meticulous and nothing out of the ordinarily they couldn't handle. Had no problem explaining things along the way. It was a pleasure having United do the install."

"Unit wasn’t cooling so I called the company, who came out within hours. My system wasn’t able to fixed that night so they left me a portable unit, which I’ve never had done before. And they returned the next morning with the needed part. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend."

"Bought the $29 service call deal.  The technician came and diagnosed this issues with my dishwasher (new pump needed) and icemaker (new unit).  He made a call back to the office and quick got the estimate for parts and labor - as the parts needed to be ordered.  When the parts came in, we scheduled the time for the installation.  All working perfectly now!!!!! thanks!

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.
