"Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."

Since it was going to rain before they could get to the job they came out and patched all the holes they could and covered areas that needed covering. On the day of work they diligently covered everything with tarp around the outside and put protective boards up around the windows. Am I able to complete my small Royal oak bungalow in 3 and 1/2 hours?."

They were very nice, friendly, very professional men. They worked hard and only stopped for lunch. They cleaned as they worked. "11:38 am Saturday 28 March 2026 I scheduled a service appointment for Friday with a service window between 9:00?11:00 AM and took time off work to accommodate it. I received a call stating the technician would be running late, which I understood. However, by 1:00 PM, no one had arrived, and I ultimately had to cancel. I was then assured I would be the first and only appointment the following day (Saturday). Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again?no arrival within the expected timeframe and no clear communication. Taking time off work twice for missed appointments is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Reliability and communication are critical for service-based businesses, and this experience fell short on both. I hope the company takes steps to improve scheduling accuracy and customer communication moving forward."
