"Our primary living room has this obvious seam running down the middle of the room. The carpet installers told us when they looked at the room, that they locate the seam to be close to one of the walls. Instead they put it where everyone is sure to see it. Not a good look. But that's not why I rated them poorly. I have a photographing table in my basement. The installers moved it and moved it back, and broke off two of my light holders in the process. Ugh! This hardware is no longer made and now I have to hunt down replacement hardware that will cost me at least $500."

"Professional and clean up after themselves. I would recommend them. Courteous and they did what I expected. They did the right thing that I don't need to call them back to fix anything."

"The whole team was amazingly helpful! We needed a new floor and quick! We were moving and needed a new floor before putting our house on the market. The team was great about getting us, measured, supplies ordered and installed even during a holiday week. They really exceeded our expectations in customer service and would definitely use them again if we were still living in the area.

"The best service and most amazing work you will ever have done to your house! I had my entire basement done and thought it would take a while to get done. Pricing is fair. They don't cheat you. My basement Is about 1,200 sqft and they got it done in no time. I highly reccomend their service."
