He climbed up on the roof, confirmed the work that needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote to take care of it right away. I agreed and he set about his work (fortunately, he had the matching shingles on his truck). When finished, he offered to walk around the roof and look for other areas of concern. He found two spots which were damaged by birds, and took care of them as well at no additional charge. After he was finished, we discussed the overall condition of the roof and he told me that I could easily get a couple of more years out of it, which is what I was hoping to hear. I plan to screen in my back deck and we discussed the roof work that would be done, and some options for finishes, etc. I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and his quality of work, as well as his friendly demeanor. "After the high pressure sales tactics and 4 hours, we decided to have 12 windows replace. They sold us on the lifetime warranty for product and installation. 10 years later the uv coating is failing and looks tremble. Called their customer service # and was informed that the manufacturer canceled the warranty and will not replace the window sashes without me paying $180 per sash. Each window has 2 sashes and would be $360 per windows times 12 windows equals $4320. Don't fall for their tactics and fake warranties. "
