"They were very involved in the whole process from design to construction. The installation was flawless. HOWEVER, while technically beautiful, the bookshelves / credenza construction was delayed 6+ months and despite this we decided to continue the project. Finally, literally after 2 days a metal grille installed was accidentally bent and he REFUSED to send someone to fix it and wanted us to remove and give to him. For such a large project this is very disappointing."

"This is without a doubt one of the most pathetic companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their tech chose to carry his tool bag & ladder in between my car and his van instead of having even an ounce of common sense or consideration and walking around the other side of their van with more space. In doing so my car was very deeply scratched in multiple places from front to back and you can clearly tell from its wavy motion that it's from someone walking next to it carrying something. I reached out to them as soon as I noticed the scratches and despite having clear video evidence showing they were at fault, they completely refused to take any responsibility. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you value your property and expect a company to stand behind their work, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
