"Wil did an incredible job transforming our unusable backyard to an outdoor oasis for our family. What was once an extremely un-level lot filled with trees is now flat & perfect for our little ones to play in all day. We now have a tree house, a garden, and more than enough room to roam. Neighbors have complimented on the curl appeal due to the extensive work performed in our yard. As for the deck… I couldn’t have asked for more! It’s the perfect spot to relax, and large enough to fit around 50 people! He also built a covered area at the end of the deck, with the shingles of its roof matching that of our home. It is an impeccable place to relax in the summers heat. I highly recommend Wil and his services. He definitely went above & beyond & we would hire him again!"

"I recommend Matt Bein at Prime Management. Our condo building's roof and deck replacement went smoothly and the end result looks great! Matt Bein is very responsive and well-versed about vestavia's permitting requirements. Also, it's clear that our roofer, takes a lot of pride in his work, which speaks to me. Every member of Prime's team was prompt, hardworking, friendly and courteous. Any questions or issues along the way were addressed, and Matt has made sure completely happy with all the work done."

"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

"he done a great job. The floor had rotted out under tile. I have a background in civil engineering and a "jackleg" carpenter, but at my age this project was to much for me to take on. When a sister came to visit she was afraid of failing through! I called Brian, got a quote and he started the next day. This sort of project is the hardest any contractor can take on . He completed it in a day and a half and a at fair price. I'll be proud to have company to come over."

"They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. My fence looks amazing."

"The installation team(owner and one employee) knew one another and has installed the same windows over and over again so everything was installed perfectly. They placed drop clothes in the areas they worked on and cleaned up with a shop vac and nothing was damaged. Meadow Exteriors is a small company but in my opinion their aim is to be the best not the biggest company. I am very pleased with their results. I paid half down when I signed the contract ($7500) and it took about a month before my windows were ready. I highly recommend this company.
