There was damage done to our like-new hardwood floor, which was not protected appropriately by the installer and his partner. Apparently someone, either the installer or his partner, dropped a heavy tool which caused three major indentations. Home owners beware."

We are still waiting for the windows to be installed because we took a while to decide. My only suggestion is that they were extremely great about contacting us before the order and they did tell us it would be around 5 weeks but I wish they would call in the interim just so we know we haven't been forgotten.
