"Elite Environmental worked together with CMH Restoration Group to complete asbestos and lead testing along with mold and water mitigation. All work was completed as agreed to using excellent containment for all 3 rooms involved during the entire process. Though it took longer than expected and involved removing more of the ceiling to expose all of the mold, no additional charges were added. "

"I had never used my old basement and I decided to start use it but It needed remodeling. My neighbor recommended me Golden Line construction and after I saw their work on his house I hired them. They arrived on scheduled time and all employees were friendly, professional and helpful. There were some issues but working crew resolved everything easily. My basement looks amazing, better than I expected. Highly recommended contractor!"

"Vikki is the ultimate professional, her work is beyond excellent. She is very meticulous in her work, got the job done in one morning which included install, filling the nail holes and painting the molding and feathering the walls below the molding. Friendly, outgoing and easy to work with. I will be working with her in the future to finish the rest of the crown molding in our home once the remodel is finished. I am very happy with the finished product. You will be happy you called her!"

"I want to start out by saying that the customer service when I called was absolutely amazing. They are responsive and have all around great customer service. The cleaning teams they contract with are another story. The initial cleaning was scheduled for between 1 and 4pm. At 1025am I received a call from the technician letting me know he'd be at my house in by 1035am. I let him know I wasn't home because he wasn't scheduled to arrive until 1pm at the earliest. He hummed and hawed and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. I agreed to meet him at my home at 11am to avoid having to reschedule. When he showed up at my house I showed him the areas that needed to be cleaned. There was 1 spot in particular that we needed cleaned due to a urine smell left behind by my sisters dog. He told me that there was no way he could guarantee to get the smell out since he just used steam and a special cleaning solution. I mentioned to him that according to the website the specialized in pet stain removals. He said he knew nothing about that and couldn't help me. Before I signed the agreement I noticed that there was a section for pet stain and smell removal. When I pointed this out his response was "Oh well that's extra". Once we agreed that I was alright paying extra for him to get the smell out he completed the cleaning. He left after dumping his cleaning tanks right outside of my front door. The next morning my husband and I realized that we could still smell the urine. I called the customer service line and requested another technician be sent out to reclean the room and a stair well that still smelled musty. They were amazing and scheduled someone for the next day. The following day another technician arrived at the scheduled time. After I showed him the stained area and the stair well he asked me "What did the other guy do yesterday did he do anything?". This is just what every customer wants to hear. He then began to tell me that I under paid for the pet stain treatment and that it would be "just another $100" for him to retreat the room and he'd also sanitize the musty smelling stairs. I told him I wasn't going to pay more money for something that I was told was complimentary. He continued to negotiate with me and when he got down to $50 I felt so uncomfortable and just needed him to begin cleaning (I had a meeting I needed to call into) I agreed to pay him. He completed the cleaning and left. When I told my husband about the encounter he reached out to customer service and they apologized and agreed to refund not only the $50 I paid the second technician but also the extra I initially paid for the stain removal. We are so appreciative of this. The next day the stair still smelled musty. Although they offered to send someone again, at this point I just want to be done with this whole experience."
