He also advised us up front that until they opened up the drywall, they could not be 100% sure there would not be more than the initial estimate. There was a little, but he did not try to gouge us and it was a fair price. His guys did a great job, and they left is as clean as they could. He also repaired some issues we found behind our wall that were not part of the initial problems. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of work."
