John Morel came in almost one half the cost. The other company wanted to do extra things do do the job, seems that was to make it easier on him. John proved that it was not necessary. "I called Nick, on a hunch from wife, and he showed up as planned, and even offered to do the work right then. I bought a faucet for him to install, but it wasnâ  t the right size, but Nick had one on his truck that looked good and he installed it right then. We had another problem with the faucet in the kitchen, that was leaking, and I purchased some time ago from Home Depot, he couldnâ  t repair it do to some inferior parts on that faucet, so I purchased another faucet from Nick, and had that installed, as well. Job was completed and he takes pride in his work, cleaned up and went on his way! Now thatâ  s how a job should be done, on time, neat, and professional from beginning to end, Would recommend him to anyone. Thatâ  s my new plumber , For Sure !"

"During cleanup after a water tank leak, our disaster mitigation crew referred JMB Plumbing to repair a corroded water line to our washing machine. Jim not only took the time to go over what needed to be done to get the washer up and running again, but suggested moving the appliances to a better location in the basement, freeing up the space for the pool table my husband's been dreaming of. He came back in a day or two and was able to complete all the necessary plumbing, replacing and re-routing the old flimsy dryer vent, removing old water lines and old laundry sink, and moving both washer and dryer to their new location, all at a very reasonable price - and completed in a span of about six hours. He even included a faucet leak repair and a drain popup fix in the total price. Jim was friendly, polite, professional and an expert in his field. We'll be welcoming him back in the near future to re-install the toilet and sink in the restoration process."

"I am writing to share my positive experience with Jon. He was punctual, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. Despite my house being older, Jon successfully replaced the outside faucets with frost-free models that are up to code. He also relocated the inside shut-off valve for easier access. Additionally, he successfully rerouted a new line from my kitchen sink to install a new faucet outside, correcting a previous installation that was poorly placed with an inaccessible shut-off valve. Although he encountered challenges at almost every stage of the project, he was able to resolve them all. Jon’s customer service and expertise are exceptional. We had a leak in our tub, which John traced back to the old faucets, which needed to be replaced by new, single faucet. Was worried about how it would look, but John made it look like it had always been that way. Once that work was done, we asked John to replace our old sink and toilet. On the day of installation, John found that the special order toilet tank had a crack in it (thank you, Home Depot!) and John went out of his way to find a replacement that same day, so that we wouldn't be out of a bathroom (only 1 in house).
