"Well folks, we were so impressed with the windows that we replaced in 2018, that we went ahead and replaced our final and largest window of all. We had a bay window that was installed approx 20 years ago by a competitor- was to have a 50 year guarantee. Had trouble with that 'old' window but to get the guaranteed service work done on it-WE were told WE had to pay for the repairmans transportation from another state to our home-they would only cover parts. Well, needless to say-that window didn't get fixed but REPLACED! We love our new picture window! So nice to have such a large unobstructed view! and NO DRAFTS! Such a beautiful install-oak trim inside to match what we had before, nothing for us to clean up-they did it all! Very professional-covered furniture and carpeting to protect our home and items. Washed the window inside and out too! So folks, check them out-you won't be disappointed!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive.
