He put a pump in pool to start draining it and his wife called. who was pregnant. She was on the way to hospital because of possible labor. He had to leave, but came back that afternoon as soon as his wife got to go home and fixed the well. We moved the pool the next day and he came back the next morning and fixed the pipe. "Getting a central air system installed in our house was a major decision.  We had representatives from several companies come to our home and give us estimates. We also spent a lot of time researching ac systems online and decided that a Trane unit, from its reputation and reviews, would provide us with the top quality product we wanted. <br /> <br /> Our decision to go with Yoder's was ultimately based on the confidence we had in the company and its owner, James Yoder. James himself came to our home and stayed approximately two hours familiarizing himself with our home and working up a plan for the best system for our house and for us.  When I called him a week later with a question, he came by in person again to address our concerns. We wanted to make sure we were getting the best unit possible with a warranty to stand behind it - not just from the manufacturer, but from the contractor, too. And, with Trane and Yoder's, we think we got both! <br /> <br /> From our first meeting with James all the way through the installation we never questioned that the job was being done right. We were told what to expect of the crew and when to expect them to arrive. On the first morning that the work was to begin we received a phone call from the Yoder's office to let us know that the crew would arrive about thirty minutes later than the time we had been told to expect them. We really appreciated that act of consideration. The whole crew was very friendly, respectful, and competent. If we had questions they answered them courteously and patiently. They kept the work area clean and hauled away all of the trash created in such a project. <br /> <br /> The installation was completed just in time for our long, hot Mississippi summer. The system has worked beautifully! It is very quiet and keeps our home so very comfortable! And - yay! - our electric bill is lower than in previous years when we had only window ac's for cooling. We have received follow-up calls from Yoder's to make sure all is working well, and it is. It is a great system, and we are confident that Yoder's will make sure we are happy with it for many years to come."

"We are very happy with the installation and service from AC ambulance. We had our AC unit replaced in September 2017 and the office personnel, installer and his assistant were all very professional. The arrived in the morning as scheduled, removed the old system, installed the new system, tested everything and did not leave until everything was done and we understood how it worked. Excellent job by all at AC ambulance. I would recommend them to all my friends. The system installed was a variable speed Diaken inverter system. This unit is awesome. It slowly speeds up and speeds up to only what is needed. This is great because I am a light sleeper. The old system had two speeds, off and full blast. When the unit would kick on at night, it would go from dead quiet to rocket blast. Thankfully that is now gone and replaced with this system that slowly comes up to speed. We have noticed that the house is also more comfortable with the lower humidity due to the new unit. Thanks again AC ambulance for helping us choose the right equipment and installing professionally. AC Ambulance also has been taking care of our rental properties for the past 20 years. These guys have always been able to fix the problem no matter what is was. "His crew dug a hole where the sewer line entered the sewage treatment center and he ran a snake about 5 feet towards the house. He then told my husband that the line was collapsed and it would be 2 weeks before he could fix it. We couldn't wait two weeks. So I called a septic system pumping service and a friend with an excavator. We uncovered the rest of the line to find that there was a clog--possibly a toy that a grandchild flushed down a toilet. The septic system guys unclogged the line, repaired the hole in the pipe that Mr. Wrinkles left, and made sure the pipe had a slight slope to the system by pouring concrete under the pipe. <br />"
