"After signing up with "Home Advisor" and selecting jp plumbing as a company i was interested in, JP sent me an email. I called an talked to Joy. She gave me the cost of replacing my old water heat. She gave me the cost right then and there. Said they could replace the heater the very next day. Joe called about 8 the next morning that he would be here asap. He came about 8:30, looked at the old heater and went to buy the replacement. He was back, carried the new heater downstairs, went right to work. Had everything in place in an hour. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
