"Had Mr. Ramey put a hot water heater in, very professional, friendly and did everything by code. And had me back going. Then I had a main drain pipe clogged and Mr. Ramey came and unclog it and was in and out with very good time and again very professional and good at his job. Would recommend him to anyone."

"They were alright. They were just really quick. They ran around the house and looked at all the toilets, faucets and water fixtures. They gave me a brief explanation of what they say as potential issues. They tried to sell more service or product. They ended selling us a garbage disposal unit. It was expensive and the labor was as well. I paid another $500 on top of the Big Deal to rebuild a toilet and install a new garbage disposal. They just replaced the gasket on the toilet. They replaced something on the water heater as well. We had a few leaks after they left."

"We called at 12:40PM and they were here by 1:48PM. They fixed the problem and were gone by 2:40PM. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Also during this time of Covid-19 they wore a mask which was most appreciate by this senior couple. Would definitely call them again."
