"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"Overall, great. We first reached out thinking we'd just refinish some cabinets, replace some appliances in our kitchen and the project just expanded to basically replace everything and build a window seat and remove an tiny 1/2 bath to open up our entry way. The workmanship was great. We did the work in the summer and during the winter some of it "settled"/shrunk (it was very minor caulking) and they came to fix it. They built new cabinets, a new island, built a new casing for a new fridge/freezer, installed new floors, replaced the ceiling (water damage), quartzite countertops, backsplash, new lighting fixtures, painting, new window seat, tore down a 1/2 bath and opened the room, new generator, etc. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. We couldn't be happier. We also have three dogs and they were all great and patient with them as they're larger dogs, and overly friendly - they like to be in the middle of the activity. Charlie, Cheryl, Kenny, Dave, Tim, and all their subs are very professional - punctual, friendly, honest and upfront with some of the twists and turns that are always uncovered in large projects, and very clean and respectful of our home. We currently have them installing new stairs and banister and while 1/2 completed, it looks great. We couldn't be happier and would definitely use them again for any woodworking and have recommended them to friends. It feels like wood crafting is a lost art these days but not with CC Woodcrafters (the name is apropo)."

"The project was a complete success with no issues whatsoever.  The house is 125 years old so the floors are not even close to level.  Aaron came prepared and was able to install the bed in a way which was level but still custom fit.  The boys have used the bed for over a year and absolutely love it.  It is sturdy enough to hold five or six kids on the top bunk.  Aaron even included two large "gentle close" drawers in the base of the bottom bunk.  These have been very useful for storing sheets, towels, etc. <br /> Aaron showed up on time and completed the project in one day having constructed the bed in pieces in advance in his own workshop. <br />"

The cabinets are gorgeous, and the design made the best use of the space available. Tony was able to narrow down the infinite selection of options for cabinets and therefore, made it easier to choose without getting overwhelmed. Tony referred us to merchants in the area (kitchen: Yale appliances, Roma tile shop, Select Stone granite and marble site) all of which were excellent referrals."

She answered all questions, met us at the showroom to show us the product and then showed us their production facility. The install was several weeks out but she suggested we go on the cancellation list and the install happened two weeks earlier then expected. Israel (the owner) was part of the install team today. They were on-time, professional and the closets look awesome. <br /> We have already asked them to price up laundry room cabinets for us. I priced Container Store and previously had a California Closet. Closet Craft is just as good a product and a fraction of the price. <br />"
