"Back in 2012 I wanted to get the roof replaced for my primary residence. The house was built in 1998. I bought the house in 2010. The replacement was a bit early. But I was doing a lot of other repairs and upgrades on the house. And I wanted things to be in good shape for the foreseeable future.
