Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"

"Our heater stopped working around 7 pm during the night, last Feb 2026. We had no heat for the whole night so it was really cold inside the house the next day. To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace. He explained everything that he was doing while repairing the furnace. He was here for only an hour and got our heat going again. He's friendly and trustworthy. "Liberty Plumbers are reliable and cost effective. They have worked on both our houses. Installed an outside shower which 2 plumbers turned down because the water source was on the other side of the house. Liberty made it happen and we could not be happier. They installed a tankless water heater in our new house as well as replaced a leaking toilet. Liberty came immediately when we told them our main bathroom shower was leaking into our finished basement. Whoever installed the new shower stall prior to us buying the house put the drain in upside down. Lastly we thought we shut the water off to the outside shower. Pipes burst because we did not drain the lines. Liberty came to our rescue again and installed new copper piping. Liberty plumbing is highly recommended and will always be our go to plumber!!
