From our first conversations to the last, he has anticipated any issues that might arise and kept us informed about decisions and timelines. All of his subcontractors were excellent. He was here on site constantly, overseeing everything, tidying up and checking in. He kept us up to date with every step of the project and was quick to respond to any questions. When there was a change in cost of materials he was upfront about it, contacted us right away, and gave us choices. There were no surprises. Even though the project has now ended and was fully paid, he just followed up with our garage door vendor to keep things on track and had the sales guy called me with updates. Above and beyond!! I can't say enough about how great this company is."
