"Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

"Jason, Ron and Dalton spent one week on our property tearing out crumbling retaining walls, broken edging and overgrown trees and bushes. They built a beautiful Unilock retaining wall in front with brick pavers along sides and in back. They laid sod where a bed was removed in the backyard and planted trees and plants per the plan drawn up before hiring. They went the extra mile doing little things to our yard (adjusting sprinkler heads, planting grass seed, replacing broken sprinkler parts, cleaning up area each day, etc.)that add up to a very happy client and a yard we can be proud of now. If I was ordering pads for a fine dining table (I.e., an antique or high end table), I would use another company. I've seen higher quality pads for those types of tables. For my purposes & what I paid, it was a good fit, though."

"Gary is the best and he takes a lot of pride in his work. First of all, he was able to get me on his schedule very quickly. He basically rebuilt most of the floor in the master bedroom of my Ferndale house. Old subfloor and rotted joists were removed and replaced by new wood supported on solid concrete. He also added insulation and brand new flooring. It was a huge project. Gary took a loose and bouncy floor and made it rock solid. He was careful to show updates on progress and explain everything that was happening. He took extra care to make sure the job was done to perfection. I plan on hiring Gary again!"
