"Todd was fantastic to work with.  He does great work at a reasonable price.  My bathroom looked terrific after the tub and tile installation that Todd performed.  He takes his time, does things right, and is a very personable person to deal with.  I would highly recommend his services.  One thing that I really liked is how they waterproofed the shower area prior to the tile installation. This was a differentiator from other contractors that I spoke with prior to hiring Todd.  I was very impressed overall.

"We used him when we first came out here, and it was a fiasco. He said it would cost this much for the work, he came out and did quite a bit of work. I paid him, because he said that is how much I owed him, and at the time, we were having so much work done, and it was a chunk of money. The guy who owns the money, said they owe us money because the work was not completed, but I know I will never see it. We got him from Angie's List. We used him when we moved here 2 years ago. His name was Terry. It was completely legit, and the guy who did the work said that is what he said should be collected. I didn't use him for other services, because I didn't like his procedure. A couple of things were done wonderfully, and a couple of things,  I could have done myself. The pricing was very fair. The one guy who replaced the two windows that were cracked was done wonderfully. He was very good, and very clean. They did a nice job with the windows, it was nice and neat. I didn't like the responsiveness part. I told him that this is what I need fixed, and he asked how next Tuesday is, and he came out and looked at it, then said he would send someone to fix it. I told him what I needed done, so he should have come that day, and fix it. They seemed very knowledgeable at what they were doing, I don't expect someone to turn up in nice clothes to do that kind of work. The guy who came to do the windows was very good. I didn't have to stand there and tell him what to do, he just did it."

"I had RNL remove kitchen cabinets, and install new ones. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right. "After looking at our two repair jobs, Nosh explained in detail the work he proposed to do and the cost for each.  He discussed the options with us for fixing the front porch brick, and we agreed with his recommendation to replace all of the bricks rather than a piecemeal brick by brick replacement (about half of the bricks were bad).  Nosh impressed us with his knowledge and professional manner, so we decided to have him do the work. 
Nosh started in immediately, going to three different brick sources until he found bricks that would be a close match to the bricks on our house.  He started work on the porch promptly the next morning, arriving early in the morning and working until late afternoon when it started to rain.  He returned early again the next day and finished the chimney late that afternoon.  When working on the chimney, he had planned to replace 5 or 6 courses of bricks on the chimney, but found he had to go down about 9 courses instead (he had to buy additional bricks to complete the job).  He did not charge for the extra bricks or additional labor.  He also discovered a cracked section of flue, which he replaced for only the wholesale cost of the flue liner.  He also replaced one brick on the front of the house that had cracked, and again didn't charge for the extra work.
We are very pleased with the final result.  Nosh did excellent work, and clearly takes great pride in doing a quality job.  He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right, and when he finds additional unforeseen issues, he corrects them to make it right (the cracked flue liner is a great example).  He leveled a section of concrete sidewalk in front of the porch, and reset and secured the concrete step up to the porch at no extra charge.  He took the time to find the right bricks to match the bricks from 2 decades ago used on our brick house - you'd never notice the bricks had been replaced.  Plus he's a fun guy to talk to.
