Todd had an engineer come out and get further measurements and we were told they would be submitted to the city for permit. The last text correspondence was on a Thursday (June 6) and he said he would be in touch with us the following day before 5. Today is June 17, and still have not heard from him. The customer service is terrible and we would not recommend this company to anyone."
