"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. So if you need concrete work big or small job call 7th State Builders to get it done right. I am a woman writing this review very happy with this company. Very professional staff to deal with. "I have a 28 year old asphalt driveway that needed to be resurfaced. He was prompt providing a quote at a fair price compared to three others. His crew did one day of prep work consisting of digging out crumbled/cracked areas and edging the entire 300' driveway. The next day they applied 2" of asphalt and did a perfect job with great attention to detail. Then they cleaned up the whole area and it looks great. Richard Golobo and his crew have my highest recommendation. I could not be happier with the whole job."

"All of this took 2-3 days. They showed up early every morning (around 8 AM) and went about their work in a professional manner. The owner stayed late to finish up work on the day they poured the new steps, making sure that all the edges had a nice finish on them and were done "just so" and to his liking. He also showed up on the last day to put a second coat on the resurfacing of the front stoop which now looks brand new as if it had been replaced along with the front steps. I might also add that Mr. Langhorne's estimate was $1,200 lower than that I received from a larger company who, by the way, tried to "upsell" me by asking about replacing the stoop as well, which only really needed to be resurfaced."

"Adrian was great. The estimate was about $20,000 for the second story, composite deck we want which means that the project will be put off for a little while. "Our driveway was big enough for 1 car and we wanted it expanded to fit 2 cars plus have a walkway installed connecting the driveway to the main walkway leading up to the house. Tillerman Gardens was recommended to me by a friend. Jesse and his crew were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Jesse was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He patiently listened to what we wanted, asked great questions to get clarity and made some really good suggestions on things we hadn't thought of (i.e. adding river rocks to the grassy part at the edge of the driveway to ease getting in and out by the 2nd car). All the members of his crew were very nice and kept the yard looking clean at the end of each day. Work was done in the timeframe given to us. We are so happy with the end result! Attached are before and after photos. Would definitely hire them again for future projects."

"A+Plus Landscaping did a great job on my 1/4 acre lawn in Bowie. They removed several trees, pruned the trees and bushes I wanted to keep, and planted a couple dozen new trees, bushes, and other plants. They also created a new pebble pathway and widened my concrete porch. It was a lot of work, but they got it done very quickly for an affordable price. I'm very happy with the results."

"It took 6 weeks to get the appt after buying the "deal". I asked on the phone if it would be a good idea to remove old caulk around tub ahead of time ( so cleaning could cover all tile surface) . I was told it would, so I removed caulk. A miscommunication I suppose. Upon arrival it was explained that they use a pressure washer. Not only would tub surround need to be caulked but the perimeter of the room where tile surface meets floor would need caulk too. Options were to caulk myself and re-book appt. , sign a waiver accepting any water damage, or pay $125 to caulk and they could finish the job all at once. I decided to let them caulk. They didn't have the materials or tools to caulk so one went to Home Depot while one started cleaning. I was told the cleaning chemicals in the caulk gap didn't need to dry before caulking, hope that's true!  Anyway, not a great start, but okay.
I hoped the finish product would have been better but that was just okay too.  Grout color didn't really look much different after the cleaning. Fat bright white caulk line up the wall of the tub surround (that was previously grouted) looked terrible against the gray tile. I spoke up and he said he'd remove it and replace it with clear caulk. Unfortunately that didn't work out so one tub wall has white and one has clear caulk. Also some floors are white and some are clear.  Toilet got caulked too and I wish it hadn't because we are replacing it soon. Sealant that was wiped over grout left clear schwissy haze marks all over the tile. I had to wipe off EVERY single tile to remove the haze. Caulk residue on tub needs to be scraped off. A little mud on floors and tub was left behind. Really nice people but end result did not meet my expectations."

Padro is very meticulous in his work and takes great pride in it as well. I would definitely have him come back and do any other projects that might come up. Anytime I had a call or concern Megan returned the phone call immediately."
