They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa. "Our master bathroom tub started to back up.  The tub and sink are connected which caused us to be unable to use either the sink or the tub.  We have a little one so this was a huge problem.  We called Magnolia and they were very efficient and ready to help.  They sent someone the next day to fix everything.  Magnolia had three people on the job and one was an apprentice.  It was a great learning experience for all.  The plumbing was complex as the pipes had to be accessed through the master bathroom closet.  The techs quickly and efficiently removed the contents, cleared the clog, and put everything back just they way they found it.  Fantastic job.  I did rate Magnolia a B on cost as they are a bit pricey, however, the do a great job and you get what you pay for.
