"First time I used this company.  They came at the appointed time, worked efficiently but didn't rush to get to the next job.  Didn't seem to mind my hovering, watching, asking questions.   They made sure my heater started up, which required taking off the cover and cleaning the ignition.   A much appreciated service that I didn't get from other pool opening teams.  I will use them again for opening, closing and equipment repair should that be needed. "

The price above included a septic tank inspection by BeachStone Septic Corporation that Dave engaged and who were also very professional, very through and a great source of information. Dave was very thorough, we began on the roof and then worked ourselves around the outside of the house. We took notes as he mentioned things and he used his handy recorder to help him with his notes to put into the report. Our house has 3000 sq. ft and I feel confident that he covered much of that area. He was very thorough - looking high and looking low, pointing out the good, the bad and the things for us to improve the condition of the house. His report was about 8-9 pages and very detailed. It was a great source to go back to the sellers and asked for the significant things to be addressed or help us with some $$$."

"Simpson Home Solutions did a walk through of my home and was very thorough in letting me know what needs to be done in my home as well as provided estimates. Ultimately they did my drywall, painted, changed my light fixtures and replaced my sliding doors to French doors. I am happy with the work of this company!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"I purchased the $149 deal for 6 hours of work. I received an email about a week or so later asking when I wanted the work to be done but I was on vacation. I replied when I returned and waited for a response. After about a week I called and left a voicemail. I received a return call and set up a date. On the scheduled date I received a call that the worker had not showed up so I rescheduled for later date based on my availability. The worker showed up on the scheduled date and did a fantastic job. I provide lawn and leaf bags and gloves, but he actually brought his own leaf blower. He bagged all of the leaves and pulled all of the weeds around our shed, which included old raspberry bushed with thorns. Scheduling could have been a little better but in the end we were very happy with the work for the price we paid."

"Never had a problem. Their process is the easiest. You just call AHS with your problem, they get one of their screened providers to call you and set an appointment, the guy comes to either fix the problem on the spot (cost to you, $75 fixed), OR he comes, inspects, and gives a quote that may include things not covered by your contract (cost to you, $75 fixed). Then you either ok any additional costs and he fixes, or you ok if it's no additional costs and he fixes. If you don't like quote, call AHS and get a 2nd quote from another screened provider for no additional cost. What could be easier?"
